Red Diesel's primary application is for use in plant, agricultural and off road vehicles. Red Diesel is also commonly known as Gas Oil but you may also know it as 35 second oil, heating oil, medium diesel, agricultural diesel, marine diesel, pink diesel plus many more.
Red Diesel is most commonly used by the industrial sectors including the commercial, construction, agricultural and all industries where off road machines or generators are required. It can also be used as a heating fuel as an alternative to Kerosene.
Red Diesel must never be used as Road Fuel! The Customs and Excise regulations require minimally taxed diesel to contain a special red dye. This is to facilitate their inspectors who can quickly and conclusively identify the presence of red diesel in a road vehicles fuel tank. Customs and Excise can then take appropriate action against the offender and this will lead to actions such as a heavy fine and confiscation of the offending vehicle. All customers buying Red Diesel from A4 Fuel Oils are required to fill out a form detailing their intended use for the diesel and this information is regularly scrutinised by Customs and Excise.
Our wide range of road tankers can cover any delivery required and all of our vehicles are equipped with the maximum length of hose, as specified by law, to enable us to effect any delivery regardless of quantity or access restrictions.

Delivery will normally be within 48 hours of your order and emergency deliveries can be arranged subject to availability and subject to a same day delivery surcharge.
Red Diesel is available via a bulk tanker delivery and in 200 litre drums.
